1. Return and Refund

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. This 14-day period begins on the delivery date as indicated by your tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact page. Note that all fees and charges incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer. We do not take responsibility for return shipping, and these fees will not be refunded.

If your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. All returns must be sent to our re-distribution center.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.

2. Damages, Issues, and Warranty Period

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

We can only accept claims for damaged or missing items within the first 14 calendar days of order arrival. The arrival date is determined by the delivery status from your tracking number.

Our warranty period also covers these 14 days. Unfortunately, any claims submitted after this period will not be processed.

3. Cancellation of Orders

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change or cancel it. However, you may cancel your order within a 1-hour window by emailing us immediately after placing the order.

4. Priority Processing and Delivery Fees

Fees for priority processing and handling, as well as any shipping fees, are non-refundable.

5. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or stolen packages. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot update the delivery address.
