At Aura Lamps, we are committed to providing fast and efficient shipping for all our customers. Our shipping process is divided into two main phases:
1. Processing Time
Our processing time typically takes:

Please note that weekends and holidays are not included as business days. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer process cancellations or address changes. For more information, please refer to our return policy.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the duration from when your order is dispatched to when it arrives at your doorstep. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
- Average Shipping Time: 5-8 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us here.
Wrong Address / Stolen / Lost Packages
Aura Lamps is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, stolen packages, or lost items.
Please double-check your address before completing your order and notify us immediately if there’s an error. Once your order is shipped, we cannot make any updates to the delivery address.
Shipping Fees
Some countries may not be eligible for free shipping. You can confirm the shipping eligibility for your country at checkout.
Please note that shipping fees, priority processing, and insured shipping options are non-refundable.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incomplete address or no one being home, we offer one free re-delivery attempt. Additional attempts may incur additional handling and delivery fees.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office for further assistance. Your order will be considered successfully delivered based on the tracking information.
